Our Process:

With Sacramento Custom Pools you interact with the owners at all phases of your project.

Concept: We  listen to your ideas and desires and, interactively with you, develop the concept for your swimming pool and integrated backyard. We believe this is a key to creating the right environment for you that you'll enjoy for many years.

Design: A detailed design is presented to you within a week of the concept development. We review the design thoroughly with you and identify any changes you desire. For example, you might consider adding pavers to the outside of your pool. This, again, is an interactive process between you and us and can even result in a complete redesign as needed.

The concept and design incorporate:

• Customer style and ideas

• Angles of the yard, patio, synthetic turf and home

• Materials of existing structures, home, garage, gazebo, etc

• Slopes of existing yard integrated into pool lines

• Bringing the inside of the home out into the poolscape where applicable, or creating a completely unique outdoor poolscape

• Your home and pool can be made to appear to be designed and built at same time

Contract:  Upon agreement a contract is executed. If you have additional changes we generate contract addendums as needed. Depending on the scope of the changes we review the concept and design phases again as necessary.

Build: Throughout the building of your pool we continue to be intimately involved in every aspect. If you have questions, new ideas or changes, Ron and Mike are on site and respond immediately to your need. Startup and Maintenance: When the pool is filled with water, we personally perform the chemical and equipment startup. We use a "bi-carb startup" process which allows the plaster to cure much better than the old chemical startup methods. The plaster also ages better with less mottling and spotting over time. We maintain the chemicals for the 1st month and can provide ongoing maintenance service if you want it, as we are affiliated with Nor Cal-Pool Service.
